Jana Tikalová, CEO of OPIM, emphasizes that misunderstandings, not DEI itself, fuel the controversy around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She explains that DEI is about addressing individual needs and promoting equity, unlike equality, which treats everyone the same. OPIM has developed the "Employer’s Human Rights Ten Commandments," a set of principles to help companies implement DEI effectively. Tikalová notes that, despite challenges, sectors like banking, IT, and fintech are increasingly supporting DEI initiatives in Czechia.
